• The promotion is valid for all registered users of http://www.pepperfry.com.
• Promotion is valid only for online payment transactions that happen on http://www.pepperfry.com from 20th December till stock lasts.
• Customer will be entitled to the free gift only if the order meets all the other promotion criteria.
• Pepperpoints & Coupons are not applicable in this promotion.

• COD transactions do not qualify for the promotion.
• Each qualifying order gets only 1 gift under the promotion. There is no limit on the number of qualifying orders a customer can place during the promotion period.
• Free gift coins are not for sale and any transactions done on them do not qualify for the promo gift and the same will be cancelled.
• Gifts will be dispatched separately from products ordered and gift dispatches will happen within 10 working days from the date of order.
• Gifts cannot be changed and No claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard.
• Gifts will be dispatched to the same address that customers have given for the product they ordered as part of the qualifying orders and it cannot be changed.
• No claim whatsoever will be entertained regarding quality / guarantee of the free gifts.
• Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged for cash / pepperpoints / coupons / other products on site / other gifts.
• Multiple orders cannot be combined to claim the free gift under the promotion. Amount paid value basis single order will be considered for qualification under the promotion.
• Decision of Trendsutra Platform Services Private Limited will be final and binding with respect to gift claims, qualified orders.
• Gifts damaged in transit will need to be returned to Pepperfry by Customer and new gifts will be sent after accessing the genuineness of the damage claim.
• Orders which qualify for the promotion and once gift has been dispatched to customer cannot be cancelled. In case of order cancellation prior to dispatch of Free Gift – the Free Gift will not be sent to the customer.
• The company reserves the right to change, alter any or all of the above T&C including extending or discontinuing the promotion basis the business needs of the company.
